The Garlic Butter Possum

Fakecity's only restaurant that starts with a skillet, a stick of butter, and an honest conversation about what wandered under the porch last night. House specialty: possum sautéed in garlic butter until even the neighbors apologize for complaining.

We know what we do

We sauté. We torch. We serve dessert in a hubcap and call it hospitality. If you came for a garden salad, the garden is closed and the salad ran off. Tonight's closer is Hubcap Crème Brûlée — caramelized in the parking lot, plated on chrome, eaten with whatever fork still has all its tines.

Where to find us
234 Fakestreet, Fakecity — two dumpsters past the last good decision you made. Look for the porch light that never turns off and the neon that says OPEN on one side and OOPS on the other. Dusk till the garlic runs out. Forks optional. Courage recommended.
